How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 days of ordering and then delivery is normally within 3-5 working days after that.

My order hasn't arrived what should I do?

If you have allowed that allocated time for delivery please do not hesitate to get in touch to allow us to investigate the where abouts of your order.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Our deliveries are carried out on weekdays only.

Can I request a mixed order?

Yes of course, as long as we can safely ship the goods on pallets we can mix different products together. Email us with your request and we will calculate a price for you and email you an invoice to safely pay online.

My order has arrived but it is incorrect, what should I do?

Unfortunately mistakes do happen from time to time. Get in touch with us as soon as you can to allow us to rectify the problem.

My planters have arrived but are wedged together, what should I do?

The only way to ship our planters is inside each other and every now and then they settle into each other in transit. If they are lain on their sides and rolled back and forth allowing them to also tip from side to side they should come apart. Don't be too gentle with them you won't break them.

Do the planters come with drainage holes pre drilled?

This is not something that we do as standard but if required please state this upon ordering and we will drill them for you.
